History

Hermis Capital (HC) is a private equity group, specializing in leveraged buy-outs and development of real estate projects.

HC started its activities in 2000 with acquisitions of controlling stakes in Lietkabelis, a Lithuanian coated-wire producer, and Vilniaus Vingis, one of the largest designers and producers of electronic components in Europe. Since then, the group has invested in more than ten companies, including Snaige, a leading appliance manufacturer in the Baltics, Rokiskio suris, the largest cheese producer in the region, and Kitron ASA, a Norwegian-based contract designer and manufacturer of electronics.

We at HC believe that key drivers of success are innovative ideas, flexibility, long-term investment horizon and ability to identify significant restructuring/expansion opportunities.
