Snaige AB (www.snaige.lt) is a refrigerator and freezer manufacturer based in Alytus, Lithuania . In 2006 the company had consolidated sales of €103.4 million and employed some 2400 people. During the year 2004, the company launhched a new refrigerator factory in Kaliningrad (Russia). Shares of Snaige are traded on the Official List of Vilnius stock exchange (www.lt.omxgroup.com ). HC owns 21% of the company.

"Orion Securities" (www.orion.lt, www.analyze.no. Main activities of "Orion Securities" include brokerage, corporate finance, private banking and asset management for private customers services. "Orion Securities" in Norway operate since 1999, in Sweden - since 2003. The group employs more than 80 brokers, analysts and corporate finance specialists, 30 of them in Lithuania. 9.9% of shares are owned by HC.

Diena Media (www.dienamedia.lt) – a leading regional media group in Lithuania which publishes daily titles "Kauno diena" (www.kaunodiena.lt), “Klaipėda” (www.kl.lt) and „Vilniaus diena“ (www.vilniausdiena.lt). The company also owns one of the most modern printhouses in the Baltic States. HC controls a 100% stake in Diena Media.

Lietuvos kino studija (www.kinostudija.lt) is the largest film production studio in Lithuania with one of the most developed infrastructure platforms in the Eastern Europe. It creates feature, documentary, and animated films. International movie projects by cinema and TV production companies from the US, Germany, the UK, Isreal and other countries are also carried out here, generating over 95% of the studio's revenues.   Since 1949, LKS has created more than 2000 scenic, documentary and animated films. 52% of shares are owned by HC.

Geonafta AB (www.geonafta.lt) is the longest-operating Lithuanian oil E&P company which continues to actively expand its activities, both independently and via partnerships with other Lithuanian and foreign E&P companies. Geonafta also is the only company in Lithuania providing deep drilling services for oil exploration, prospecting and extraction. During 2005 Geonafta achieved a net profit (excluding profit of the associated companies) of 19,1 mln. Ltl. HC owns Meditus UAB which, in turn, indirectly controls Geonafta.

Foreign Investments

Kitron (www.kitron.com) is one of Scandinavia’s leading specialists in the development, industrialization and manufacturing of electronics for the data/telecom, defense/marine, medical and industry segments. The group employs 1 250 specialists and has operations in Norway, Sweden and Lithuania. Revenues during 2006 were NOK 1.7 billion.

OOO Credit Plus (www.creditplus.com.ua) – a consumer credit business start-up in Ukraine. The company operates a sales network of over 30 branches across the country. HC has a 50% stake.
