Projects

Ukmerges highway

The development of the 99ha residential area between Gabijos street and Ukmerges highway was started in autumn 2005. Investments into the project are budgeted at €55 mn with an expected completion date by summer of 2008.

HC & R-IV projektai plans to develop infrastructure of the territory, to create recreation areas, to build a school, kindergartens and shopping centers.

Commercial and residential real estate in Riga

Planning works for this 4ha project in the center of Riga are to be completed by the end of 2006. The project will cost €58 mn and will involve the development of over 30 000 square meters of residential and commercial real estate area.
